For clients looking to focus on relieving chronic pain around the neck + head + face. This is supportive for people experiencing chronic anxiety, nervous system stimulation, headaches, migraines, jaw clenching, nighttime grinding, jaw misalignment, acute injury or chronic repetitive stress injury, surgery recovery, inflammation support, and/or TMJ syndrome. This session includes the support of the epidermis — two skin cleansing processes, skin exfoliation, skin hydration, and intraoral massage. PLEASE NOTE: this is a scent based session. Any scent sensitivities please disclose on intake. We cannot fully avoid scents in this session. *Extra 15 min Intraoral only for return clients or clients who have experienced intraoral massage before (this is a longer amount of intraoral time added onto the time already spent inside the jaw)*

For clients looking to focus on relieving foot + ankle + lower leg pain, cramping, and mobility limitations. This is supportive for people with chronic pain around foot & ankle, plantar fasciitis, EDS, and/or recovering from ankle sprain/strain. We will be soaking the feet in a warm bath that will include anti-inflammatory herbs and using specific acupressure & massage technique to release fascial restriction. *15 min foot add on is additional time spent massaging & offering the feet acupressure*

For clients looking to focus on increased circulation, lymphatic stimulation, scar tissue support, and localized chronic pain care within a shorter duration of time. This session will include the support of additional heat and anti-inflammatory herbal poultices. Glass cupping is a traditional TCM modality that helps to support systemic circulation and muscle tension reduction

Prenatal massage is supportive for expecting parents moving through all phases of pregnancy. This can help support chronic pain during pregnancy, insomnia, lower back pain, circulatory limitations, and overall nervous system support for the parent & baby. This session can take place side lying or face down with a medically approved pregnancy bolster. *Please consult your doctor before booking especially if you have a history of medical complications during pregnancy*
